Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one electronic mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email mailboxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you would like to forward emails from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
