Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail boxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming emails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the mailbox you want to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest.
